As a Sales manager for Rentokil-Initial, I value more than anything continual improvement on our customers experience. Working successfully as a team, to deliver the results our customers require is extremely rewarding. In my role guiding the Upper North Island Sales teams in the Pest control and Ambius Indoor plant divisions, I bring many years of B2B Sales delivering a win-win for all parties, and focusing on measurable improvements in the customer experience. The old saying is 'Knowledge is power', but to me its how you use your knowledge to make a difference that counts. After many years creating successful outcomes in the B2B hygiene services and consumable sector, I approach the Pest control and Ambius sectors with the same thirst for knowledge to help make a difference that customers will appreciate. In summary, my customers are inside and outside of every organisation I work with. The result I believe in most strongly, is a successful outcome where internal customers and external customers realise their full potential.
