I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) with almost 20 years’ experience leading the management an implementation of enterprise-wide projects, during which I have: • Managed multiple concurrent enterprise projects from concept to closure through the application of sound Project Management Methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative) and effective client relationship management. • Worked closely with the Project Sponsor to define the project’s objectives, scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value. • Been accountable for delivery of projects with the specified level of quality for the project sponsor, on time and within budget. • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and the desire to collaborate, support, engage, and guide others in achieving project team goals. • Adapted my project management style to the evolving need of each project, the teams, and the business cultures. • As a strong and effective communicator, I have developed trusted advisor relationships with project stakeholders, including external stakeholders, and sponsors as well as provided project team leadership and conflict management resolution to build and maintain positive team dynamics. • Applying the PM methodology and project standards, I created and executed project work plans and revisions to meet changing needs and requirements, managed scope changes using the Change Request process, and coordinated the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including organizing and leading project status and working meetings, preparing and distributing progress reports and minutes, and overseeing organizational change management processes. • Throughout the project, I have managed quality control, resolved and escalated project risks and issues in a timely manner, identified and negotiated resources and coordinated the efforts of team members and vendors/consultants in order to successfully deliver the projects and manage the project budget. I am seeking a senior leadership role, in which I can apply my expertise to help organizations measure, manage, and improve performance.
