About Steve McMurtrie

July Steve began his real estate career in San Francisco and within a couple of years he was heading up the commercial division of a major real estate firm. With that experience, you would certainly say that Steve is fluent in buying and selling commercial retail, office, medical, industrial, and multi-family properties, and evaluating business opportunities, TIC sales and conversions. More than that, he enjoys it. He finds it challenging and rewarding working with investors and business owners, securing listings and locating properties, performing financial analysis and modeling and marketing properties. In addition, Steve’s experience writing and interpreting Letters of Intent, qualifying and managing credit reports; negotiating and closing deals is steeped in service orientation and a pragmatic down-to-earth style. Steve is delighted to find himself in the Monterey Bay area. He recently relocated to Capitola to be closer to his family and a new grandchild. Steve has a well established history of providing ethical and excellent personal service to his clients.
