I am a Gold award winning Executive Coach, Visiting University Dean, Learning and Events Design expert who doesn't know too much about your Learning or Events but I can make you think! If I can make you think then you can help me design and deliver the best results for your training and event needs. I left school early to join the Army and it is here that I truly grasped the principle of Human Centred Design. Get it right for your people and you will get it right for your business. My greatest wins for my clients have been as a result of setting clear vision, collaboration in driving it and the courage to be bold and remain purpose focused during the adventure. Starting my career in the Military seemed like a match made in heaven. The values based ethos really spoke to me and has done ever since. Moving into the world I operate in now not so well matched but the resilience I have built up helped navigate those difficult initial times. My MBA is not my silver bullet neither is my Military Career but they both have contributed to the thinker I am today as has my journey as an author of When The Going Gets Tough. My goal is to change 1 Million lives for the better 1 at a time. Whether that be coaching an individual or team, helping you deliver the best transformational learning and development experience or just a keynote for your people and purpose agenda or designing, managing and delivering events of all sizes for your corporation. I believe in everyone's goals and want to do my best to bring them to life as if they were the goals of my own children.
