Ten years at Ford Credit granted me a valuable education in all facets of retail and commercial credit and collections. Having worked for the industry’s best and brightest I gained a foundation for managing people, processes, and profits that has enabled me to be successful in every position I’ve held. Four years at Carmax built on that foundation, and honed my skills as a manager of teams. Through delivering immediate and effective feedback, I have been able to lead teams to achieving company set objectives as well as develop individual team members. Enterprise Rent A Car further enhanced my professional sales skills. Their meticulous training and high caliber professionals taught me the importance of delivering a world-class customer experience that consistently led to my accomplishment of “elite” sales status. Cintas, the leader in the uniform rental industry, showed me that delivering clean functional products in a timely manner is not always enough to distinguish myself from the vast sea of competitors. By providing my team continuous training and role-playing, we successfully delivered world-class service and maintained high levels of customer loyalty. Lastly, A superior knowledge of the company’s financial statements has better enabled me to eliminate waste and align my goals with other departments for efficient accomplishment of profit and growth.
