About Steve Meyer
As an Emmy and VES winning VFX Supervisor, I joined FuseFX in 2012 to work on the CBS series "Criminal Minds". I continued to work on the show for the next 8 seasons until the series finale in 2019. VFX Supervising helps give me balance with my main job as the Head of 2D at FuseFX. In this role, I'm responsible for managing the large team of Compositors and Comp Supervisors so all of our shows are efficiently staffed with the right team and all the artists are happy and motivated. I spend considerable time collaborating with our sister companies globally to make sure we're sharing resources as well as technology and ideas. However, my favorite part of my job is the frequent opportunities I get to meet new talent from around the world as I recruit compositors to FuseFX in order to staff the exciting projects that we work on.
