Skilled security and tactical response leader with over 30 years’ experience in supervision, emergency response, special weapons teams and use of force training Management & Leadership – Over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of security leadership including crew oversight, performance management, labour relations, safety, training, human performance and sick leave management. Tactical Training & Instruction – 25 years’ experience as a trainer of tactical operations, special weapons, use of force and public order. Approximately 7 years as Manager in Security training responsible for oversite of tactical, use of force and firearms training at Ontario Power Generation. Project/Special Teams – Team member for Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) Performance Testing Program for 17 years. Recognized for successful execution of security exercises and identified by the CNSC as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Controllership for Force on Force exercises. Exercise Design – 20 years' experience designing security and emergency services exercises with a focus on physical protection systems, emergency response, incident command and tactical operations.
