I have been involved in Real Estate for the past 20 yrs, first as a lender servicing Buyers and Investors, as well as Stanford Physicians and Professors working with the Housing Dept. I later transitioned into Private Banking, where I provided mortgages to High Net-Worth individuals and families, with diverse and complex balance sheets. This experience exposed me to alternate lending solutions, which are of significant interest to clients with portfolios of RSU’s, as well as vested stock in their companies. After 8 yrs in Private Banking, I transitioned into Real Estate, where I am a REALTOR® as well as a Financial Consultant to my clients. We discuss lending solutions, as well as their needs and wants for their future home. I listen closely, and ask questions about their interests, hobbies, and their goals, to better identify that “right” property. DRE 01366170 Due to the time constraints, I preview properties in advance for my clients, and provide a summary for their consideration. When we identify a good match, I schedule an appointment(s) to tour the given properties. Based upon the level of interest, I provide a competitive market analysis, as well as a disclosure summary for their review. If the property requires updates or improvements, I provide recommendations, as well as contractors who will visit the property, and provide estimates per the clients needs. My focus is to provide the highest level of service to my clients; a positive and lasting experience, and a relationship which will endure into the future. I work by referral; therefore my clients and their families are an important influence for my success. I look forward to the opportunity to be of service, and to play a role in identifying a home to provide lasting memories.
