About Steve Murphy

After 33 years in the corporate sales and operations, I transitioned to the nonprofit world of serving struggling single moms and kids 12-18 during the difficult and crucial teen years. I took the years of solving individual and corporate challenges from a sales and mentoring perspective I spent 1/2 life building and brought it community service ad Social Justice. From a solid heart space, I bring the value building methods learned in the corporate world and bring it to supporting healthy growth in local communities. Launching and running a nonprofit from start up through the growth stage of the business life cycle, I have learned much of the fine skills needed in inspiring volunteers needed to create successful programming for young kids in need. At the end of the day, its about being sure things are better than where they started, CORE FOCUS: Self Awareness, Truth, Accountability and Integrity Mission: I co-create safe space where my community and I gather in love, to foster healing, tolerance and understanding for the greater good of all. I am blessed and I live a life that matters. A long successful career in sales, marketing and operations for global brands such as Stanley, DuPont and LG, gave Steve the passion for creating value in the nonprofit world. Starting as a Mentor volunteer in 2009, Steve stepped away from a 34 year corporate role in 2017 to bring value to at-risk boys in the community. He uses his experience and passion as part of an organization he founded in 2015, to help boys and families in Maricopa County.
