I am a strong, passionate Sales Director with over 25 years of sales experience and 20 years of sales management experience. I have progressively worked my way up in large organizations by treating each position as if I were an entrepreneur starting out in my own business. I have a clear and confident sense of myself as a relationship builder and I have a proven track record in successfully managing remote teams for the past 15 years. My passion is sales management and having my team successfully provide the correct solution for the customer needs. I use many skills I have developed throughout my career such as BANT and AID-INC to support my team in successfully closing business. I am not a micromanager; I encourage, support, coach and develop sales teams to succeed, identifying who they are as people and understanding that their approach may be different to my own. I ensure my team forecasts accurately and successfully work through their pipeline so that I can deliver consistently accurate figures to the organization. My areas of expertise consist of managing teams selling B2B SaaS and Hardware Solutions to global Corporate and Enterprise organizations. I have direct relationships with Fortune 100 companies such as Google, PwC, Verizon, Amazon & Capital One. I also have direct relationships with key Future Fortune 50 organizations such as Shopify, SalesForce, Netflix, Workday, Spotify and Square.
