About Steve Odgers

As an Executive with broad, global experience, I have deep expertise in retail, operations, strategy and technology. I am passionate about improving customer experience and have led delivery of large-scale transformation programs across culture, org. design, service, process, policy and technology to significantly improve customer outcomes, whilst meeting cost and revenue targets. I am adept at formulating strategy but best known for its pragmatic execution, including via organic growth, mergers/acquisitions and partnerships. My collaborative style engenders enduring and effective relationships with seniors, peers, partners and teams. I engage as effectively with those who serve our customers every day, as with CEO, EXCO and Boards. Their feedback highlights my integrity, authenticity, adaptability and resilience in complex, often unfamiliar situations. Colleagues value my commercial outlook, close attention to detail when needed and my focus on their growth. As an undergraduate, I studied mathematics at University. As an Executive with over 20 years’ experience, I continue to be motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems. As a nonprofit Board Member and Committee Chair, I leverage my risk, strategy and finance skills to improve governance in the community health sector to help those communities thrive.
