Point blank, I enjoy watching humans MOVE! Solving performance opportunities and enhancing movement capacity across the athletic spectrum (Pro - Military - 9-5er’s). Which has been my driving purpose since binge watching ESPN’s Sports Science as a wide-eyed kid! I am a human performance professional! Specializing in strength/conditioning and health education with recent growth in sports data analytics, visualization, tech implementation, and corrective movement strategies. My recent career expansions have crafted injury therapy and assessment process, performing in internships and paid opportunities to craft those specific skills. My creative and practical learning methods paired with an adaptive thought process meshes well with team-work and building processes. At a young age, with opportunities, I was taught to finish what is started and to leave something better than when found. For me, Opportunity = Learning which breeds Innovation. I am constantly seeking new ways to grow! Consistently reading and podcast listening to topics ranging from sports science, manual therapy, video editing to business development.
