About Steve Park

I focus on Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Finance, driving large organizations evolve and create new growth. My work spans two core areas. First, I drive end-to-end transformation of existing businesses—reshaping operating models, ways of working, and solution roadmaps. I leverage AI (including AI agents), multi-channel digital platforms, and deep ERP/IT integration to improve efficiency, customer experience, and scalability, working closely with business, DX, and IT teams from design through execution. Second, I support new business creation and portfolio building. This includes fast-cycle ideation informed by AI trends and market shifts, venture blueprinting, and pragmatic execution. I help organizations scale promising ideas into structured business units while intentionally building strategic data assets for long-term advantage. With a multicultural background—Korean, born and raised in Japan, educated in the U.S, and fluent in Japanese, English, and Korean—I work effectively across global teams, building trust and alignment in complex international environments.
