I served on the Fugitive unit manhunt team,locating and arresting serious on the run offenders.Trained in behavioural detection,taser operation and tactics in building entry search to contact and now training,teaching and development of frontline operational skills including use of force,taser handling and the national decision model,Prior to service in the Metropolitan Police i served in the Royal Navy as an Electronic warfare specialist in anti ship missile defence,amongst many other skills,identifying prioritising and dealing decisively with real time fast moving threats managing and mitigating risk through planning and tactics,leading my team to achieve impeccable professional standards.Briefing the command on the tactical picture in whichever theatre I was serving from the Persian Gulf to Northern Ireland to Sierra Leone.
