With over two decades in collegiate athletics, I’ve led transformative initiatives in communications, compliance, and operations, overseeing everything from championship events to alumni outreach. My work has consistently strengthened alumni and community relationships, contributing to significant increases in giving, program visibility, and brand consistency. Throughout my career, I’ve built high-performing teams and developed award-winning coaches and athletes, celebrating numerous NAC, ECAC, and NCAA accolades. My accomplishments include launching successful new sports programs, leading comprehensive facility renovations, and expanding athletic training resources to create a dynamic and supportive environment for student-athletes. I’m also proud of establishing a leadership program and certifying staff in Mental Health First Aid, ensuring holistic support for the entire athletics community. I bring a deep commitment to strategic communications, content development, and brand management. My efforts have enhanced digital engagement, resulting in successful website redesigns, alumni outreach programs, and media partnerships that keep our supporters connected to our athletes and their achievements.
