Would you believe it if I told you I built my first 4-bedroom home at age 18 with my hands? It's true! My journey has taken me from building a single-family home at 18 to managing the development of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use properties. Each instance is driven by a passion for quality, creating value for owners, investors, and communities. I have over two decades of experience in architecture, real estate development, and project management. My multidisciplinary talents cover all aspects of the development cycle, from due diligence and entitlement to design and construction management. My approach is characterized by strategic planning, disciplined execution, and a keen eye for overlooked potential. As a result, I have delivered over 2,500 well-crafted apartments in emerging urban neighborhoods and have overseen the development of approximately 2,700 residential units on the east coast on behalf of national private equity firms such as Rockpoint Group and CrossHarbor Capital Partners. Some of my Notable Projects include: Addison & East | East Boston, MA: Project Manager for the permitting, designing, and constructing of a 230-unit, transit-oriented, fully amenitized multifamily lifestyle building. 500 Ocean Avenue | Revere, MA: Project Manager for the development, construction, and delivery of a 305-unit transit-oriented, mixed-use multifamily lifestyle building with 7,500 SF of restaurant space. West of Chestnut | Quincy Center, MA: Project Manager for a 169-unit, amenity-rich, luxury development with easy commuting access to Boston. Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy Systems | Boston, MA: Project Manager for the core & shell renovation and fit-out of a SF historic building for a non-profit, clean-tech company.
