As the CEO of McCabe Promotional Advertising, a certified B-Corp organization, I help our team fulfill our purpose to create meaningful connections using branded merchandise. With over 25 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience, I've been lucky enough to develop and implement several successful merchandise programs for global brands. Previously, I built and led one of Canada's largest branded merchandise firms and spearheaded mid-market growth initiatives at Staples Professional, where I restructured the business and integrated acquisitions while maintaining a strong focus on culture and customer experience.
