About Steve Prether

The past few years have been among the most challenging of my career. They've also been among the most exhilarating. The pandemic brought changes to the workplace and marketplace that couldn't have been predicted. Nearly everything we knew had to be reconsidered or reimagined. It wasn't always comfortable, but our perseverance has paid off. The key to leading an Operations team lies in nurturing an environment where team members feel safe to share their ideas at an early stage. Executing great ideas will likely take a group effort, and the group can then contribute add-ons that will help the idea gain traction toward success. I'm humbled by the good fortune I've had to work for and with so many amazing men and women in my life, and I try to shape the person I am around the qualities in others that I admire. Work is personal, and the relationships I've formed with colleagues have undoubtedly enriched my life.
