About Steve Pritchard

Steve is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has extensive experience across 40 years of working in partnership both in the public and private sectors. In these roles he has been instrumental in delivering transformational change and sustainable regeneration throughout the UK. Steve has a successful track record of working in partnership on multi phased mixed use regeneration schemes in challenging environments. He has held executive roles on several of the country’s largest mixed use regeneration schemes, including Chatham Maritime and Cardiff Bay. He then took up the post of Executive Director of Development at Clyde Gateway, with Gateway being identified as the top regeneration project in the UK by the RICS in 2013. Following his departure from Clyde Gateway Steve returned to his native South Wales. His principal roles were as Project Consultant to Whiteheads Development Company, a subsidiary of Tai Tirion a charity established to secure investment and deliver affordable housing in Wales. Then as a project consultant reviewing the commercial potential for an area to the north of Newport City centre. He then headed the Land & Regeneration Directorate at Ebbsfleet Development Corporation. In this role he focussed on land, property and commercial issues as well as on engagement and partnership working with landowners and developers. In this role Steve addressed structural failures in the housing market in North Kent, encapsulating the concepts of a 21st Century Garden City. Steve is currently employed as a property consultant for TTP plc, where he was responsible for procuring consent for and delivering a 22 acre extension of the Melbourn Science Park and acting as Project Lead for a new 11,059m2 purpose built office and technology research Campus for TTP plc, named best Corporate Workspace and Best of the Best at the BCO Awards in 2024. He also coordinated and lead on the sale of the original Science Park to Bruntwood SciTech agreeing a range of leasebacks pending the decant to the new facility.
