About Steve Randazzo

My career experience and training enables me to demonstrate expertise in smart technology infrastructure design, integration, and implementation; VoIP, LAN/WAN, AV, Wi-FI, DAS, Security, LV Lighting, etc. To recap my career in a nutshell; during the mandated divestiture of the Bell System, I started as a cabling technician for Grumman (remember Thicknet and IBM Type II?) and grew along with the company's telecommunications department. With my hands-on experience, drafting/illustration skills, and the formal training they provided, I composed their Voice & Data Cable Installation and Maintenance Standards (BICSI was still in it's infancy). Throughout my tenure at this government contractor, I composed the RFP's for all of the Voice & Data infrastructure services they required; both labor and material. Eventually, BICSI became established as the industry's premier Information & Communication Technology (ICT) standards organization, and becoming an RCDD in 2002 was a natural progression. I now apply my decades of design build experience and successes to the explosive demand for Technology Project Managers capable of coordinating state-of-the-art technology installations; so exciting!
