About Steve Roberts

20+ years of Coaching, Sports Science & teaching within football across Europe, Africa, America & Asia along with working with some of the best players & coaches in Academy and Senior Professional football. Also have recently added managing in Non League football since 2023/24 season in step 4 & 5. The incredible education I have gained from working, watching & learning from some of the best coaches in the country has given me a fantastic head start in the industry along with the variation of work I have experienced, this has allowed me to see the different elements that are required to become successful within football and elite sport. I have also worked on corporate events with companies such as Investec, Coca Cola, Indesit, AIA, Thomson, Puma, Underarmour & Nike. I have set up a company (Elite Era) to allow players direct pathways into the professional game, along with scholarship opportunities at Private schools in the UK & Colleges in the U.S. This gives the opportunity for players from the ages of 15-24 to have a direct future within the game whether it's playing or qualifications and money can't buy experiences in order to have a successful career within football & sport.
