I am a Senior Advisor at Wallace, Plese + Dreher, LLP. I work with Arizona-based, privately-held companies from start-up to maturity including developing benchmark strengths, business strategies for growth, and global expansion. My business advisory skills include mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, transaction structuring, ownership transition, and succession planning.I distinguish myself within our Firm as well as the CPA community in the greater Phoenix area. I am Co-Chairman of the Phoenix Tax Workshop and was appointed by the Governor to serve as a Board Member on the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. I am an Officer and Director of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations. The U.S. Secretary of Commerce appointed me to the Arizona District Export Council where I serve as the Treasurer and on the Finance and Export Committee. These positions allows me to learn and understand the latest business developments, and issues which leads to developing solutions for businesses.Understanding the nature of the client's business, strategies, goals and objective is of paramount importance to me.
