With over eight years of experience in the IT industry, I am a solutions-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting sales and partners with network infrastructure, server, and client-side networking solutions. I have a certificate in cloud architecture from LinkedIn, and I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world challenges. As a Solutions Architect, I work with a team of experts who share my vision of delivering high-quality and innovative IT services to a diverse range of clients. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting all sales activities regarding network infrastructure, server, and client-side networking for both inside and outside sales teams and partners. I also coordinate customer moves, adds, and changes on all aspects of their network infrastructure, and work with the Solution Architects to develop customer and company acquisition plans and forecasting. I leverage my skills in process improvement, customer relationship management, and internet protocol suite to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
