My career as a corporate transactional attorney spans several specialty areas including leveraged and asset-based lending, commercial finance, workouts/restructurings and bankruptcy, LIBOR replacement, knowledge management, capital markets, private equity, structured transactions, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory reporting & compliance, and litigation management. In these areas, I have managed teams and directly participated in a wide range of corporate and contractual matters, managed outside counsel, and counseled senior management on a broad array of issues.
