My career began hands-on in underground engineering and development, where I built a strong technical foundation before progressing into operations leadership and management roles. I specialize in driving operational excellence, safety culture transformation, and production optimization in complex mining environments. Known for turning around underperforming operations, I’ve consistently delivered measurable results — from increasing development rates fourfold, to achieving zero-injury years recognized with industry safety awards, to leading multi-million-dollar site expansions. I am passionate about building high-performance teams, mentoring the next generation of mining leaders, and implementing advanced mining technologies that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Today, as General Manager of Mining at the Coeur Mining Kensington operation, I continue to deliver strong operational, technical, and cultural outcomes while fostering meaningful engagement with key stakeholders Passionate about operational excellence and mentoring the next generation of mining professionals, while contributing to the long-term success of mining operations globally.
