About Steve Royan

With over 20 years of work experience in the mining, mineral processing, and pulp and paper industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented sales and business development manager at ANDRITZ, a global leader in automation solutions. My mission is to help customers optimize their processes, improve their performance, and reduce their environmental impact. I am also a board member of the BC Resources Coalition, a non-profit organization that advocates for a sustainable and prosperous future for all British Columbians. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to both roles, and I value collaboration, innovation, and stewardship. As a sales and business development director at ANDRITZ, I am responsible for key account management, business development, sales and marketing for the automation solutions division, which includes artificial intelligence, advanced process control, electrical power systems, engineering, instruments, optimization, process control systems and simulation/operator training product groups. I leverage my skills in project planning, process engineering, and customer relationship management to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs and expectations of each client. I also work closely with the senior management team and the product groups to identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans.
