Created reports using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel and Tableau for use by Directors in prioritizing strategic decisions. These reports were updated monthly to show trending and allow for in-depth analysis. Worked on the Covid Healthcare Monitoring Project with a diverse team to create a new process whereby all critical Healthcare circuits and devices were proactively monitored for bandwidth usage. This information was used to upgrade circuits/devices to prevent degradations and outages. It evolved into a project to include all large market / Enterprise customers with an eye towards further expansion. Awarded the Leadership Values in Practice (LVIP) award. Developed a Google Site as a resource site for all Client Service Managers to bring consistency to internal team processes across the country. Included was an on-boarding section to assist new hires into the role. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills. Trained 100+ Client Care Reps in both Wireline and Wireless roles. Developed courses and created training manuals, step-by-step guides & job aids to assist reps with concise, easy-to-follow instructions.
