Notable highlights of my experience include the following: • Instituted the development and implementation of the company's quality outcome measurement program, consequently boosting success rate in orthopedics by 87%, patients with neurological conditions by 81%, and patient satisfaction rate by 98%. • Facilitate the hospital's orthopedic division in FL, OH, and PA by managing recruitment processes, surgical scheduling, work efficiency, and Joint Commission Accreditation, consequently increasing the number of orthopedic surgeries from 2500 to annually. • Supervised a 69-bed acute care rehabilitation hospital with 230+ employees while utilizing superior organizational skills to drive company growth, business expansion, new market opportunities, and profitability, • Oversaw company finances, including budgeting, cost control, production, and collection, resulting in $10M+ net revenue in 2015.
