Since 2004 I have been protecting profits for my clients, saving over £600k. The focus of my work was on purchasing, production, and stock control. Over the last twelve months I have identified that to grow, businesses need to concentrate on the quality and consistency of the customer experience. I love the hospitality industry and am proud to have been involved for 30 years plus. I love meeting new entrants to the industry and if I am able to give them a little help to achieve their dreams that is the greatest reward I can receive. What do I do? AUDITING I provide advice on improving security and stock management as well carrying out stocktakes for client. CONSULTING I identify the strengths and weaknesses of the business, develop bespoke solutions to enable you to grow your business successfully whilst maximising your return on investment. TRAINING I specialise in food safety and compliance training.
