I build learning experiences that adapt, scale, and transform.From founding a high school 30 years ahead of schedule to leading global enablement programs at Palo Alto Networks, I’ve spent my career designing and delivering experiences that empower people and drive business outcomes – across sales, onboarding, leadership development, and strategic change.I operate at the intersection of: Instructional Design & Facilitation – crafting high-impact learning rooted in adult learning theory, neuroscience, and storytelling Program & Project Leadership – building systems and frameworks that scale globally, evolve continuously, and deliver measurable results Cross-Functional Collaboration – aligning Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement to turn strategy into executionMost recently, I’ve led the redesign of our global sales onboarding program (FLIGHT), including driving the use of AI models to build custom engagement in product learning and sales skills development. My work is grounded in Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, and Kirkpatrick’s Model – and driven by the belief that the best learning is both human-centered and business-aligned.At the end of the day, my mission is simple: Create learning that sticks.
