I bring 27 years' experience at the world's largest Consumer Goods company, being both a team-member and leading team successes in skill-sets of Manufacturing, R&D, Project Management, Procurement, Vendor & Client Management, Logistics, Flavor & Formulation and Finance.This deep understanding of project need, combined with an appreciation and understanding of candidate's skills, interests, work styles and personal needs has enabled me to add >250 new hires to the DuBois Chemicals' family since I started here in October 2022.
