About Steve Schussman

I am a hard worker who enjoys being challenged to continually improve (self, others, facility, etc.). Possess strong leadership skills while keeping a team atmosphere. One of the best things I get to do is build employees. It is very satisfying to be able to identify employees who want to better themselves and help them to get the skills needed to do so. I have experience working with Union workforce and thus have experience with proper documentation and progressive discipline. I have worked with both wet clean and dry clean environments. Knowledgeable about PPE, OSHA, and food safety requirements. HACCP, PCQI, SQF practitioner certifications. I have a practical working knowledge of Lean Management principles. Utilized Redzone to successfully connect team members, make daily tasks easier, and track production to create improved efficiency.
