My career and education have given me subject matter expertise in nearly all manner of healthcare delivery and expanded my subject matter breadth go beyond behavioral science, and into areas such as human-centered design, web-analytics, data driven personalization strategies, marketing, market research, loyalty programming, organizational change, and leadership all with a passion for change and innovation across the spectrum.
