After spending 33 years in management, training and Human Resources at Sam's Club, I have now joined the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts as the Audience Services Manager. Responsibilities include training and recruitment of staff, assisting with our volunteer program and patron relations. For Sam's Club, performed as a highly dedicated market human resource manager with a strong background in compliance, team training and mentoring, documentation, regional and market support, company and facility direction, diversity and inclusion fostering, administrative oversight, turnover planning, market engagement, and operational budgeting.
