A strong coach with an ability to develop & challenge others (including Board members & Executives). International experience gained in the US during various acquisitions for RBS. Offshore experience gained as HR Director for RBS International, one of the World’s leading & largest offshore Banks, based in Jersey. Joined TDP (Jersey) as the Head of OD & HR Consulting, following an initial 6 month secondment from RBSI & now plays a critical role supporting Team Jersey to create a positive workplace culture across the Government of Jersey.
