I am a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience leading high-stakes M&A, strategy, and transformation initiatives across the consumer sector. Known as a trusted strategic advisor and problem-solver, I bring a blend of analytical rigor, sound judgment, and collaborative leadership to help organizations navigate complexity, build consensus, and achieve lasting results. Throughout my career, I’ve advised and led transactions for many of the world’s most respected consumer brands, guiding them through every stage from strategy and valuation to negotiation and execution. My experience spans food, beverage, and personal care, including landmark transactions such as Beautycounter’s sale to Carlyle, TreeHouse Foods’ acquisition of Ebro’s Riviana Foods pasta business, and goPuff’s acquisition of BevMo! Today, I leverage this experience in my role as SVP of Strategic Initiatives at Reynolds Consumer Products, where I focus on driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across the organization. I hold a B.S. in Biological Engineering Technology with a minor in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, and an MBA from Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business.
