As a highly organized, hard-working psychotherapist, I help individuals, couples and groups to lead more satisfying and fulfilling lives. I provide individual and group counseling for mental illness, traumatic brain injury (TBI), chemical dependency, and a variety of other challenges. I am competent in several modalities of psychotherapy (Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Narrative Therapy). I quickly build trusting therapeutic relationships and work effectively with leaders and colleagues inside and outside of the organization. My business background helps me relate to the challenges of many of the clients I serve. I also have experience working through translators with non-English speaking clients.
