Responsible for forming and training an Agile team utilizing Azure DevOps to outline and manage ServiceNow workflow requests. Deliverables included revamped process workflow visualizations, standardized reporting dashboards, improved requester user experience, training documentation, and delivery of a department branded SharePoint site. Backcountry: Created and Installed a Labor Management System in high volume distribution center working directly with shift supervisors and hourly employees to gain a comprehensive view of the current landscape. Timed warehousing activities to create and implement engineered labor standards to act as a benchmark for measuring employee performance and implementing performance improvement metrics. Trained leaders and engineers on LMS use case scenarios to ensure optimal tool use post implementation-Developed and implemented operational demand tool utilizing APICs statistical framework and KPIs (developed in house) resulting in $135M reduction in inventory across 8 facilities on a goal of $94M-During a systems upgrade, facilitated Oracle ERP implementation at 2 manufacturing facilities acting as the operational liaison in cross-collaborative efforts including user testing, P2P integration, accounting functionality, and creating SOPs.
