I believe in leading with respect, honesty, and open communication, and I do my best to create an environment where everyone feels supported and heard. One thing I’ve learned across every role I’ve had is the value of understanding more than just your own job. When you take time to learn how each piece fits into the bigger picture, you’re better equipped to contribute meaningfully—and that kind of awareness is what makes great teams succeed. My love for comedy started back in 2012, and I’m grateful it’s taken on a life I never expected. Supporting and collaborating with talented comedians has been a constant source of inspiration. At the heart of it, we’re all trying to do the same thing: create something that connects people—even if just for a moment—with the magic of laughter.
