I am a conscientious leader passionate about understanding customer business challenges in information management. I've helped many organizations worldwide realize the value and ROI potential of organizing, managing, and extracting information out of unstructured content. I focus on simplifying information transfer between people, processes, and systems to improve business outcomes. I use my energetic drive and inquisitive nature to understand new concepts and ultimately apply them to solving critical business problems for customers of Zia Consulting. Zia measures success by the results we drive and the people we serve. We do this by treating our employees, partners, and customers equally around a core of integrity, which is Zia Consulting's EPIC value proposition. As a leader in information technology services, Zia protects companies' high-value content and data. We help customers transform unstructured content into actionable information. We look at upstream and downstream information flows to find ways to automate labor-intensive processes and orchestrate the movement of content and data. We also automate governance and develop tools that line-of-business users rely on every day. These tools protect the integrity of content and data lifecycles as they move from generation, usage, storage, archival, and disposition. I am currently working on content intelligence initiatives involving cloud, analytics, machine learning, and classification. We use the latest in conversion, capture, rules-based processing, and information tagging to facilitate better business processes and outcomes.
