About Steve Sullivan

Steve is an Architect and Certified Public Manager licensed in Arizona, with over 35 years dedicated to Architecture, Design and Planning. A career that includes working for several internationally recognized multi-million-dollar Architectural & Engineering firms, such as M3, Durrant and ADP. With a strong background in construction drawings, project scheduling, budget management, construction administration, regulatory compliance, and public and private sector relations. Through out his career, Steve has also served as a valuable team member with several locally owned and well-known Architectural Design firms. Some of which have been nationally recognized for their designs as well as proud recipients of several design honors and awards. Currently Steve serves as the Architectural Manager for the Renovations and Interiors Division within Pima County’s Project Design & Construction Department. As part of his role with Pima County, Steve works on many multifaceted and complex projects covering over 7 million square feet of area, spread across 260 buildings. Steve is the founder, shareholder, and Chairman of the Board of DomainZoo.com, Inc. a global web services corporation. Offering national and international web services for thousands of clients as well as being recognized by ICANN, CNN, and AZ Business Journal over the past 23 years in business. Other endeavors include decades of service as a local real estate investor and property manager, serving as the owner and operator of S2 Properties, LLC. In 2019, Steve became an Indi Author under the pen name A.G. Sullivan. Publishing several YA and Adult novels that have both won him critical acclaim as well as a Firebird Book Award in 2021.
