My career and life have been driven by a passion for helping to create opportunities for people and communities to thrive. The nexus of community, business and institutions working together is at the core of my belief for how to achieve real and sustained impact. I am adept at building strong organizational cultures based on results and collaboration while developing leaders that emerge in an environment of excellence that values relationships and a rock solid belief that you can’t have one without the other. I believe leaders are only true leaders if their teams succeed and that you gotta have a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor and celebrate the wins no matter how small they are.
