About Steve Syracuse

Simply put, my passion is to help people and technology just tends to be the medium in my professional career. I’m an energized problem solver with a mission to deliver high quality results and optimizations that drive growth, enablement and efficiency. I help people find the right solution that fits who they are and what they need to achieve. Other specialties of mine include team leadership, learning and development, interdepartmental collaboration and process improvement. Currently, I work for Ingram Micro as a Technical Alliances and Services Manager where I act a relationship and business manager for several of our alliance vendor partners. Previously, I worked for 7 years in the benefits & technology sector for Liazon, a subsidiary of Willis Towers Watson, with several different hats such Client Service Team Lead, Project Manager and Business Analyst. I served as an overall subject matter expert and enablement specialist on our proprietary exchange, both internally and externally. Outside of work I love spending time with my family, moonlighting as a musician and frequenting any and every quality breakfast spot in Buffalo.
