Today, I’m proud to serve as the Head of Learning and Development at Hong Leong Finance Limited, where I lead initiatives that support career growth, employee learning, and organizational development. It’s a role I truly love because it allows me to make a meaningful impact on people’s professional lives every day.My journey has taken me through respected institutions like Citi, DBS Bank, Standard Chartered, and American Express, where I’ve held roles ranging from Relationship Manager to Business Learning Partner.
