Steve Taylor is the owner of Engaging Customers and has been leading and developing sales and service operations for over two decades. He is passionate about bringing the customer into focus and helping business to centre its efforts on effective engagements that ultimately lead to organisational growth. “Organisations can become pre occupied with the way they do things and not pay enough attention to what their customers want from them”. In a market place that is craving for personalised solutions, Steve works with organisations to help shine a light on the customer perspective and shape engagement activity accordingly. Steve’s experience reaches across industry and includes; Entertainment, Sport, Not for Profit and Education & Training. He brings expertise in Sales Planning, Channel Management, B2B Account Management, Customer Retention and Organisation Strategy. Steve has worked for organisations that include Cricket Australia, Foxtel, World Vision Australia Dimension Data and Beyond Blue. He has held senior roles leading large sales and service operations and now enjoys sharing his experience with clients. Studies in organisation dynamics and the management of effective change compliment his practical experience and underpin his capacity to help business quickly identify and action opportunities for growth. Steve is also an engaging facilitator who works with senior management along with operational teams to innovate and problem solve. He will challenge the status quo and lead groups to examine their purpose and potential in the context of their organisation’s vision and values.
