I am a creative marketing professional with a passion for delivering customer-focussed campaigns that hit the mark. Over the last 20 years working in marketing I have progressed from product marketing to become specialised in customer communications, both internal and external, brand strategy, event management and key account management with external trade customers – building relationships to deliver mutually effective campaigns. I am happy working on multiple projects simultaneously and always ensure that critical deadlines are met and projects implemented within an effective budget. This requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage, lead and inspire cross-functional teams. I have experience working with a variety of both offline and digital marketing channels including, website development, email, content marketing, SEO, PPC, display advertising, blogs, digital and trade press PR, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube), direct mail, press advertising, printed literature, corporate and customer events, corporate and customer signage, lorry livery, promotional activity and reward schemes.
