Steve focuses on acquiring and rehabilitating multi-family real estate in lower-income neighborhoods, offering a mix of housing options that address the essential need for affordable housing. His portfolio includes over 525+ units of NOAH and project-based Section 8 housing, and he has earned multiple awards for community improvement. In 2021, Steve co-founded 5T Development Partners LLC with Gregory V. Miller to expand their impact on urban development. He is a founding South Side Community Investors Association member and the Neighborhood Building Owners Alliance, promoting responsible real estate development.
