As a Product Design Lead at T-Mobile, I lead UX for the company’s prepaid brands (Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile Prepaid, Assurance Wireless, and Connect by T-Mobile). My team delivers thoughtful, scalable design across native mobile apps and responsive web platforms, focusing on e-commerce and self-service tools.
