Mobile Software Engineering Manager with extensive experience in technical team leadership and iOS, Android and REST API development. I have taken 4 apps from requirements through to production and rebuilt a major iOS team from 1 developer to 8 developers (currently hiring for 2 additional roles) as the Chapter Lead and Mobile Engineering Manager, overseeing onboarding and mentoring of lead, senior and junior developers, and establishing and documenting coding, testing and architectural best practices. I have expertise using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Firebase, New Relic, Optimizely and ForeSee to monitor and lead improvement efforts on a major marketplace app with a 99.9% crash free rating and a 4.6+ star App Store rating. Working with other Engineering Managers, Product and Delivery Leads, and the executive team, I have helped to shape, execute, and deliver a mobile vision through continuous technical and process improvements. While filling in as Mobile Product Manager, I have managed the mobile products throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathered and prioritized requirements, guided new product ideas using products insight and technical feasibility, and helped define the mobile product vision and future roadmap.
