About Steve Vase

Steve Vase is commercially focused with deep technical understanding of solution, design build and integration with over 20 years Project and Programme Management experience in the Finance, IT, Government, Telecoms and Construction industries. His experience has been obtained in solution delivery across a varied number of system integrations, these being: bespoke application development; package implementation and technical training projects - training up to 20K+ heads; successful delivery of Oracle implementations up to a value of £8m - working across all core Oracle ERP technologies including an i-Procurement module that has £4bn approved invoices and reduced invoice approval time from 6 weeks to 72 hours. He has also undertaken successful global service desk transitions using ServiceNow 60K+ heads. He was the Governance lead for bid work in WEMEI for the Transition and Transformation Practice assisting the Europeans teams in winning 110m Euros of new business across Europe. Steve Vase is an excellent communicator used to liaising across cultures and at all levels both with customers and within Fujitsu. He has a wide experience of managing teams and suppliers both onshore, offshore and nearshore. Steve was transferred to the UK Transition and Transformation Practice where he has undertaken Transition and Transformation Programmes and supported bid work. He has used the following methodologies, Oracle AIM, PRINCE2, MSP, Scrum, SAFe, Agile and Kanban.
